font-size: 14pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span></span></span></span><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK1"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK2"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt">最近有位同事很沮喪的來找我,因為他在工作的時候不夠細心,產生了很大的問題,所以被自己主管狠狠的修理了一頓,我安慰他並詢問他「你這樣因為自己不夠細心,而產生的問題已經發生幾次了呢?」,同事若有所思的想了一想之後,回覆我說「應該發生有好幾次了」,我笑著問他「那你自己怎麼都沒有想過要去改變一下呢?」,同事回答說「有啊!我當然有想過要改啊,可是我已經很習慣這樣的做法」,我看著他之後然後跟他說「因為你錯誤的行為重複又重複,慢慢的你就習慣成自然了,最後也就成為你的個性了,如果你不趁早去改變你現在的壞習慣,你的問題就永遠會存在,當然這也就會決定了你的命運了」!同事聽完之後點點頭然後若有所思的離開了!而我也相信如果他自己不願意去嚴格改造這些不好的習慣與行為,未來他還是再會犯一樣的錯誤。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK1"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK2"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span></span></span></span><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK1"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK2"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt">在我擔任主管這麼多年的經驗中,教導部屬最困難的並不是傳授他們專業知識與技術能力,而是要去糾正與改變他們的習慣與行為,大部分的主管都會認同部屬的態度,是決定了部屬績效結果的最重要的關鍵要素,只是很少有主管會願意花時間,去引導與改變部屬的壞習慣,這是後就只能靠自己內心的自覺,來逼迫自己去做改變,畢竟人本來天生就會有惰性,總是會喜歡去選擇,待在習慣、舒適、安全與熟悉的環境,而因此產生的相關行為,也就會重覆又重複,久而久之這些行為就會轉化成人的個性,所以如果人到這時候才想要去改變自己,就真的是很困難了,這也是為什麼有人會說「人要是想改變就要趁早,因為習慣越久就越難去調整與改變了」。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK1"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK2"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span></span></span></span><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK1"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK2"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt">那要怎麼去改變自己的習慣呢<span lang="EN-US">?</span>我個人認為有三項重要的因素,第一要素也是是最重要的是「心態」,舉例來說我們每天從住處要到公司,有人總是只是習慣搭同樣的車,或是走一樣的道路,壓根也從沒去思考過,想要做點改變或是嘗試新的方式,因此人對某件事情的心態,會是讓人決定願不願意去改變的第一要素是心態!除了心態之外,堅持與持續是養成好習慣並可建立正確行為的第二要素,很多人會有願意去改變的心態,但是要改變原有的行為模式,讓自己熟悉與接受新的行為模式並成自然,這確實需要很長的時間來養成的,所以如果自己不能夠去堅持與持續下去,最後還是等於是「為山九仞,功虧一簣了」!當然這也是種毅力的挑戰,必須要長期去做對的事情,不被舊習慣所誘惑與影響。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK1"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK2"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span></span></span></span><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK1"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK2"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt">最近有位同事很沮喪的來找我,因為他在工作的時候不夠細心,產生了很大的問題,所以被自己主管狠狠的修理了一頓,我安慰他並詢問他「你這樣因為自己不夠細心,而產生的問題已經發生幾次了呢?」,同事若有所思的想了一想之後,回覆我說「應該發生有好幾次了」,我笑著問他「那你自己怎麼都沒有想過要去改變一下呢?」,同事回答說「有啊!我當然有想過要改啊,可是我已經很習慣這樣的做法」,我看著他之後然後跟他說「因為你錯誤的行為重複又重複,慢慢的你就習慣成自然了,最後也就成為你的個性了,如果你不趁早去改變你現在的壞習慣,你的問題就永遠會存在,當然這也就會決定了你的命運了」!同事聽完之後點點頭然後若有所思的離開了!而我也相信如果他自己不願意去嚴格改造這些不好的習慣與行為,未來他還是再會犯一樣的錯誤。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK1"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK2"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span></span></span></span><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK1"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK2"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt">那要怎麼去改變自己的習慣呢<span lang="EN-US">?</span>我個人認為有三項重要的因素,第一要素也是是最重要的是「心態」,舉例來說我們每天從住處要到公司,有人總是只是習慣搭同樣的車,或是走一樣的道路,壓根也從沒去思考過,想要做點改變或是嘗試新的方式,因此人對某件事情的心態,會是讓人決定願不願意去改變的第一要素是心態!除了心態之外,堅持與持續是養成好習慣並可建立正確行為的第二要素,很多人會有願意去改變的心態,但是要改變原有的行為模式,讓自己熟悉與接受新的行為模式並成自然,這確實需要很長的時間來養成的,所以如果自己不能夠去堅持與持續下去,最後還是等於是「為山九仞,功虧一簣了」!當然這也是種毅力的挑戰,必須要長期去做對的事情,不被舊習慣所誘惑與影響。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK1"><span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK2"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; <p class="MsoNormal" align="center" style="text-align: center; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: red; font-size: 16pt"><br />沒有用就沒有用<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: blue; font-size: 14pt">曾經看過一篇文章這樣說「人生的大道理大家都知道,差異就在於有人會去用,有人則沒有去用」,很多人飽讀了詩書,但是並沒有好好的去用它,結果跟沒有看過是一樣的,頂多只淪為是說說而已,不會好到哪裡去,所以很多事情的重點還是在於有沒有去「用」。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; color: blue; font-size: 14pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt">最近跟幾位朋友聊天,其中有位相識多年的朋友突然很感慨的說,「還記得很多年前我們也是一起談論要去做某件事情,但是過去這麼多年了,我自己還是停在原地只有想想而已,但是<span lang="EN-US">peter</span>你卻已經去做了,在你身上我真的體驗到,凡事如果都不做,都不會有什麼樣的結果的」,這位朋友跟我認識很多年了,而且比我早幾年進入<span lang="EN-US">HR</span>這個領域,不管看的書籍或是對於人資的專業知識,都不在我之下,他一直遺憾自己不能在<span lang="EN-US">HR</span>的領域中打出一片天,其實我們週遭的朋友也都知道,他的問題點就在於他缺乏積極去做的勇氣與態度,所以因為沒有去運用他所知道的專業知識與論,結果就等於不曾擁有這些專業的知識與能力。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt">我記得曾經有個預言故事,談到有兩位和尚都想到印度去取經,甲是個很思考與蒐集資訊的人,但就是缺乏執行的勇氣,因此過了十年之九,他還是沒去成印度去取經,而某乙則是想到什麼就做什麼的人,雖然經過挫折、壓力與失敗,但是他在五年之後已經到了印度取經並且平安的返國,這個人的差異也就於是否會去把理想與想法運用出來,我常常在內部講師訓練的時候跟學員說,「當一個講師最辛苦的不是在技巧或是專業能力,而是當你自己在教別人做一件事情,而你自己會不會一樣去做」,曾經有一位講師教別人凡事要做好預想型問題的思考,可是他面對事情卻從不願意去思考預想型問題,也有老師教學生時間管理時首要在意重要性問題,而不要為緊急事情所影響,但是他卻也從不去依照所教的去運用,久而久之之後,很多的學生與部屬也就看不起他,當然也就無法達到自己的目標與理想。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt">其實人的最大問題,就是當作不到的時候會替自己找理由,曾經有位同事當他做不到或不去用時,很喜歡跟我說「我又不是你,因為你可以做到才可以成功啊!」,當然行為常常重覆又重複之後,就養成了壞習慣,有一天當機會來臨時時,就因為他平常沒有好好的去做正確的事情,所以機會就會失去了,而這個機會是他夢寐以求許久的,因此也讓他受到很大挫折,後來他跟我說「我並沒有不努力啊,那為什麼上天對我這麼不公平?」,我搖頭的跟他說「你是很努力,但是你週遭的每個人也都很努力啊,所以你跟別人並沒什麼差異阿」,我緊接著告訴他「其實最主要的原因是你被你自己給打敗了」,他很納悶的看著我,這時候我緩緩的告訴他「因為你根本都沒想要成功,你不是老喜歡告訴我「我又不是你,因為你可以做到才可以成功啊!」,所以你的話老天就聽到了啊!」,接著我很嚴正的告訴他「因為你想要的事情都不去做,知道的道理也不去用,當然你就不會成功啊<span lang="EN-US">!</span>」。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </span></span><span style="font-family: 標楷體; font-size: 14pt">上天對每個人都是很公平,每分鐘<span lang="EN-US">60</span>秒,每小時<span lang="EN-US">60</span>分鐘,每天<span lang="EN-US">24</span>小時,只是有人會好去運用,努力達到他所想要的目標,有人卻是虛耗時光,然後事後一直在替自己找藉口原諒自己,我想很多人都會羨慕別人成功,喜歡知道別人如何的道理,其實「人生的大道理大家都知道,差異就在於有人會去用,有人則沒有去用」,這也是成功的不二法則,你知道了願不願意實踐而已!<br /><br /><span style="font-family: 標楷體; color: red; font-size: 16pt"><img alt="" style="border-right-width: 0px; margin: 0.7em 1.4em 0.7em 0px; float: left; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px" src="http://pics1.yamedia.tw/23/userfile/p/peterwu/blog/14bc2905543431.jpg" /></span></span></p>
